A leading luxury accessories brand partnered with Wunderkind to accelerate its growth and strengthen its identity strategy. As part of a structured pilot, the team implemented Signals, a feature of Wunderkind’s Autonomous Marketing Platform (AMP), alongside their existing technology stack. Over the course of two months, Wunderkind drove over $124,000 in revenue, delivered a 13.4X ROAS, and unlocked a 24.95X lift in incremental revenue — solidifying its place as a critical contributor to the brand’s performance marketing efforts.

Challenge

The brand was aiming to significantly grow revenue while maintaining its high-end positioning and elevated customer experience. Its existing marketing stack included Klaviyo, Black Crow, OpenSend, Instant.one, and Elevar, each contributing in different ways to its performance strategy. However, the team identified an opportunity to drive stronger incremental returns. While Klaviyo remained central to email strategy, other vendors were being reevaluated. Signals was introduced as both a potential replacement for OpenSend and a complementary identity layer that could integrate cleanly with the broader stack without disrupting creative control or cadence.

Solution

Signals was launched as part of a structured test within the brand’s existing identity setup. Integration was carefully managed to ensure clean sequencing, Signals was initially configured to send after other vendors to avoid overlap or customer fatigue. The brand retained full ownership of its email creative, cadence, and flow management. Wunderkind’s advanced identity resolution and real-time behavioral triggers added new reach and personalization capabilities to their triggered email program. As early results came in, the brand elevated Wunderkind within its email waterfall, placing it just behind its core marketing emails.

Results

From October 1 to December 17, Signals generated over $124,000 in attributed revenue, with a 13.4X return on ad spend — even with a temporary pause during the testing window. Upon reactivation, performance rebounded immediately, and incremental revenue lift reached 24.95X. Based on this success, the brand began consolidating its identity and messaging tools, including plans to sunset OpenSend and Elevar. The team is now exploring additional capabilities across Wunderkind’s AMP, including SMS Signals and AI-powered personalization to deepen performance and efficiency across channels.
