These Client Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern Your participation in our Client Referral Program (the “Program”).
You may refer individual people who You know through the Program once you submit Your participation on the Client Referral Program page and following the follow-up instructions sent via email.
Your referred person will be contacted by a member of the Wunderkind team. Only new Wunderkind customers are eligible to be referred. A customer can be defined as a Manager, Director, Senior Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President or C-Level in Marketing, eCommerce, Digital, or equivalent at a company that makes over $5M in digital/online revenue per year.
If your referred contact is qualified for a meeting with Wunderkind, You will be eligible to receive a ($1,000) direct payment (“Reward A1”), or a donation to a charity of Your choice (“Reward A2”). Once You become eligible for Reward A1, We will deliver it to Your business office within 15 business days.
If your referred contact’s organization enters a sales contract with Wunderkind, You will be eligible to receive a further ($2,000) direct payment (“Reward B1”), which will be delivered to Your business office within 15 business days. If You elected Reward A2, you may also donate to the same charity (“Reward B2”).
By participating in the Program, you represent (i) that you are not bound by any agreement or corporate policy that conflicts with, or would prevent your participation in the Program and, prior to your participation, and (ii) with respect to any information or materials you provide to Wunderkind, you have all the rights necessary for submission to and use by Wunderkind as contemplated herein.
By participating in the Program, You will submit personal information about Yourself and Your contact, such as names and e-mail addresses, which will be uploaded to our CRM for the purposes of the Client Referral Program only. All information collected, stored and/or shared through the Program shall be subject to Our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, You agree to the collection and use of Your personal information by Us and acknowledge that You have read and accepted Our Privacy Policy.
You may not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations. You and your referred contact must be eighteen (18) years or older and a resident of a state in the United States, including D.C., in order to participate in the Program.
In addition to the restrictions You agreed to in Our Terms of Service, You agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Program, and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Program invitations and accrued, but not yet received, Rewards:
- Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of Your Program invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
- Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Program or these Terms & Conditions.
- Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to Your Invitee beyond the Program invitation, or otherwise using Your Program invitations or Rewards for promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to terminate and disqualify You at any time from participating in the Program if You do not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Program, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice. We will not be liable to You in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Program. We reserve the right to amend, modify or waive these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
