Announcing Wunderkind + Cordial
5:55

The 2025 MarTech State of Your Stack survey revealed 65.7% of marketers named integration as their single biggest martech challenge. As a result, tools bought to work together end up running in parallel rather than a cohesive, complimentary system.

Today we announced the launch of our partnership with Cordial, and the integration of the Wunderkind Autonomous Marketing Platform (AMP) with Coridia’s cross channel-messaging platform. This partnership adds to a growing list of AMP Integrations released this year, further unlocking flexibility, autonomy, and a unified tech stack to marketers, regardless of the solutions they use today. But integration isn’t the only challenge marketers face today.

Identity is the missing piece

Most marketing platforms are built to engage known users. If a visitor isn't identified, they never enter a flow.

That creates a structural ceiling on performance.

Even well-built Cordial programs are limited to the subset of traffic that's already known and already opted in. The unidentified shopper who browsed three product pages, filled a cart, and left is unreachable despite showing high intent. This isn't a strategy problem, it's an access problem. Without identity, brands leave money on the table.

Wunderkind addresses that gap directly. By recognizing significantly more anonymous visitors across sessions and devices, brands expand the audience eligible for engagement by a multiple, not a marginal lift.

Every orchestration in Cordial starts with a larger, more qualified audience.

How the Wunderkind Integration for Cordial Works

At a high level, the integration connects identity, intent, and execution into a single continuous system.

It starts with identity. Wunderkind's Identity Graph recognizes users across devices and sessions, resolving behavioral activity to a sendable action in real time.

From there, decisioning takes over. Wunderkind determines who to reach, what experience to deliver, and when. When intent spikes, Wunderkind triggers an action for that individual contact, and sends it directly to Cordial.

This shifts campaign logic from static rules to real-time intent. Instead of asking “who is this person?” then manually deciding "who qualifies for this experience?" teams operate on "who is showing intent right now?" And the system takes action immediately. Once received, Cordial does what Cordial does best. It renders the AI driven personalized orchestration via email, SMS or MMS.

With this integration, brands can now unlock:

  • More recognized shoppers, as previously anonymous visitors become addressable customer profiles.
  • Real-time behavioral triggers — cart, product and category abandonment, low inventory, back-in-stock, and price drop.
  • Coordinated cross-channel experiences across email, SMS, MMS and future channels, through existing Cordial orchestrations.
  • Less manual work, because new experiences launch through standardized orchestration rather than a custom journey build.

Where the Partnership Drives Measurable Impact

The value of the integration shows up in three distinct ways, each tied to a core marketing constraint.

First, performance and reach expand together. When more shoppers are recognized, more shoppers enter existing orchestrations. Programs are no longer capped by the known audience, which increases conversion volume without requiring additional campaign creation. The lift comes from scale, not added complexity.

Second, customer lifetime value grows through better personalization. Abandonment and catalog experiences are sequenced across channels and personalized per contact, off a unified identity. One-time and previously anonymous buyers get re-engaged at the moment that matters, compounding revenue per recognized customer over time.

Third, operational efficiency improves. Every new behavioral use case follows the same trigger path. Corresponding content blocks live in Cordial's content library, so launching price drop or back-in-stock is configuration, not a custom build. This integration reduces manual work and lets teams focus on strategy instead of setup and QA.

Built to Work With Your Existing Cordial Orchestrations

A common concern with any new integration is disruption. Here, the design principle is the opposite: incremental value without rework.

Orchestrations still live in Cordial Podium. Your team still works in Cordial. There's no replatforming, no migration, and no new sending tool to learn. Implementation is API-based and lightweight.

Teams keep what's already working, and make it perform better.

A True Partnership Approach

The strength of this partnership comes from a clear separation of roles.

Wunderkind focuses on identity and decisioning — recognizing shoppers and determining the right message, channel, and moment.

Cordial focuses on orchestration and delivery — rendering personalized experiences across channels, enforcing consent, and reporting on results.

Together, they turn previously anonymous behavior into actionable, cross-channel engagement. Not by replacing existing systems, but by making them more effective.

The Bottom Line

For most brands, the largest growth opportunity isn't launching more campaigns. It's unlocking more value from the traffic they already have.

The intent is already there. Your site generates high-quality behavioral signals every hour of every day. Most of it evaporates, not because the technology to act on it doesn't exist, but because the system that recognizes the person and the system that reaches the person were never connected.

Close that gap, and the revenue you recover was never new demand. It was demand you already earned and couldn't see.

More recognized customers. More relevant experiences. More revenue.
