Announcing Wunderkind + Iterable
Marketers have never had more sophisticated ways to personalize customer engagement. But there’s a catch: those experiences can only reach the customers brands can recognize. When high-intent visitors remain anonymous, even the smartest strategy has a blind spot.
Today, we announced a new integration between Wunderkind’s Autonomous Marketing Platform (AMP) and Iterable’s AI customer engagement platform. Together, Wunderkind and Iterable help brands recognize more high-intent visitors, expand their addressable audience and turn behavioral signals into personalized experiences across every channel.
The result: more recognized visitors. More personalization. More revenue.
Identity Expands the Opportunity for Customer Engagement
Iterable helps marketers transform data into action, powering intelligent, personalized experiences across channels at enterprise scale. But any customer engagement strategy ultimately depends on the customers a brand can recognize and the behavioral signals available to act on. That’s where Wunderkind adds another critical layer: identity.
Wunderkind recognizes high-intent visitors who would otherwise remain anonymous, transforming previously unreachable traffic into addressable audiences. Its AI decisioning then determines who should be messaged, what experience they should receive and when.
By bringing that additional identity and intent into Iterable, brands can expand the audiences entering their customer engagement programs without replatforming, introducing another sending stack or moving template ownership out of Iterable.
How the Wunderkind Integration for Iterable Works
At a high level, the integration connects identity, intent and customer engagement into one continuous system.
Wunderkind identifies high-intent visitors across the customer journey and uses AI decisioning to determine the right experience and moment to engage. It then sends the identified visitor and recommended action to Iterable.
From there, marketers continue working within Iterable to render and deliver personalized experiences, enforce consent and report on performance.
Brands can activate Wunderkind Experiences across email and text, including Cart, Product and Category Abandonment, Low in Stock, Back in Stock and Price Drop, all through their existing Iterable instance.
With the integration, brands can:
- Recognize more high-intent visitors, transforming previously anonymous traffic into addressable audiences.
- Activate more behavioral intent, using signals such as abandonment, inventory availability and price changes to create relevant experiences.
- Improve operational efficiency, with newly identified behavioral Experiences using an existing trigger path rather than requiring another integration.
- Keep marketers in control, with templates, Snippets and content blocks remaining within Iterable.
- Build smarter personalization over time, as engagement and conversion signals return to Wunderkind’s AI models to inform future decisioning.
More Reach Without Adding to Your Stack
The value of the integration isn’t about replacing what marketers already have. It’s about making more of their existing customer engagement strategy addressable.
Most high-intent visitors who remain unidentified never make it into the experiences marketers have already built. Wunderkind closes that gap by making more of those visitors recognizable and actionable. Iterable can then bring that additional customer intent into the intelligent, personalized experiences marketers are already creating across channels.
That means brands can increase performance and reach without adding another sending stack, migrating platforms or rebuilding established workflows.
Built to Work With Your Existing Iterable Strategy
At Wunderkind we believe a new integration shouldn’t mean starting again. Iterable remains the single system of record for consent, templates, deliverability and reporting. Templates and content remain owned and edited by marketers within Iterable, while Wunderkind adds identity and AI decisioning upstream to help determine the right customer, experience and moment.
The roles are complementary: Wunderkind expands the pool of recognizable customers and surfaces behavioral intent with a recommended action. Iterable gives marketers the platform to activate that data and orchestrate sophisticated, personalized customer experiences at enterprise scale.
Together, they help marketers get more from the customer engagement infrastructure they already have.
What This Means for You
For brands looking to drive more growth from existing traffic, the opportunity isn’t necessarily another campaign or another platform. It’s recognizing more of the customers already showing intent and making that intent available for activation.
Wunderkind brings identity and AI decisioning. Iterable brings intelligent customer engagement at enterprise scale. Together, they turn more customer behavior into relevant experiences, and more opportunities for measurable growth.
More recognized visitors. More personalization. More revenue
