What's New at Wunderkind

Across 2025 and 2026, Wunderkind expanded what brands can do with real-time identity, behavior, and intent — from new analytics, AI-powered experiences, and predictive audiences to paid activation, deeper native ESP integrations, and now a way for AI shopping agents to access shopper context directly.

Every launch shares a single thread: helping brands recognize and understand more of the people already on their site, act on their intent in real time, and deliver more relevant, personalized customer journeys through the tools they already use.

There's a lot more you can do with Wunderkind today than there was a year ago. Here's what's new — and what it means for the programs you're running right now.

2025 — Expanding the Intelligence Layer

Launched Wunderkind Pulse. Analytics built for decisions, not dashboards. See what's actually driving revenue and turn those insights into action.

Expanded AMP Integrations. New SDKs and APIs made it easier to connect real-time behavior, identity, and events to your stack, while behavioral triggers let Wunderkind power messages directly through your existing ESP or SMS platform.

Joined the Shopify App Store (June 2025). A shorter path from install to identifying more of the traffic already on your site.

Introduced AI Experiences. Messages triggered by real-time shopper behavior and intent, rather than a schedule set months ago, including AI Abandonment, AI Price Drop, AI Post Purchase, and AI Out of Stock.

Released Purchase Propensity & Product Affinity. Segment on what someone is likely to do next, not just what they did last.

Added Audiences for Meta. Activate recognized audiences directly in Meta, putting Wunderkind’s identity intelligence to work across paid media.

2026 — Opening It Up to Your Stack

Six native ESP integrations went live this year. Every one follows the same principle: your ESP stays the system of record. Wunderkind doesn't replace orchestration, move your creative, or existing flows. It recognizes more of the people on your site, uses real-time behavior and intent to determine when to engage, and delivers those triggers directly into the platform you already run. What changes is who's eligible to receive your marketing — and how fast you can respond to them.

Wunderkind + Klaviyo

Even a well-built Klaviyo program can only engage the shoppers it can identify. Wunderkind expands the addressable audience by recognizing more of the traffic already on your site.

Wunderkind identifies visitors in real time, understands intent as they browse, and delivers behavioral triggers directly into Klaviyo, expanding the audience you can engage and powering more relevant, timely customer journeys through the platform you already use.

Wunderkind + Salesforce Marketing Cloud

SFMC is built for sophisticated journeys. Wunderkind gives those journeys more customer intelligence to act on.

Wunderkind adds identity resolution and real-time behavioral intelligence to SFMC, helping brands recognize more visitors and activate more relevant triggered journeys. SFMC remains the system of record, so teams can keep their existing content, creative, and workflows while Wunderkind powers the intelligence and trigger layer.

Wunderkind + Braze

Braze handles omnichannel orchestration. Wunderkind expands the audience and real-time intelligence feeding into it.

Wunderkind identifies 3 to 6x more visitors, turning anonymous traffic into known profiles entering your Canvases, and delivering up to 8X stronger triggered performance. AI decisioning listens for intent and decides when to act; Braze branches the journey, picks the channel, and personalizes the content. Creative, cadence, and reporting never leave Braze.

Wunderkind + Bloomreach

Bloomreach stays your central orchestration layer. Wunderkind widens the funnel feeding into it.

Previously anonymous shoppers become addressable customers eligible for your Scenarios, and high-intent behavior streams in as enriched trigger events — cart, browse, category, price drop, and inventory. Because that data arrives standardized, you write fewer manual rules and launch faster.

Wunderkind + Cordial

Together, Wunderkind and Cordial connect real-time decisioning with seamless cross-channel execution.

Wunderkind decides who to reach, what to send, and when. Cordial renders and delivers it, enforces consent at the moment of send, and reports back — remaining your system of record throughout.

Because Experiences are standardized, launching a new one is configuration rather than a custom build.

Wunderkind + Ometria

The newest of the six. Wunderkind identifies high-intent visitors and determines who to reach, while Ometria activates those audiences through its customer data and marketing orchestration platform — keeping customer profiles, segmentation, and campaign execution centralized.

Because the integration connects Wunderkind’s real-time identity and intent signals directly with Ometria, brands can put that intelligence to work without adding another disconnected workflow.

Extending Wunderkind Intelligence to AI Shopping Agents

The integrations above connect Wunderkind intelligence to the platforms your team works in. MCPs extend that intelligence to the AI assistants and shopping agents your customers are starting to use.

MCP — the Model Context Protocol — provides a standard way for AI applications to connect to external systems and context. In practical terms, it gives an assistant access to relevant data instead of forcing it to work from the current conversation alone..

Here's the problem it solves. AI shopping experiences are only as relevant as the customer context available to them. Without identity, behavior, and intent, even a sophisticated assistant can struggle to move beyond a generic interaction.

Wunderkind MCPs give AI assistants and shopping agents direct access to the shopper context they need — through one endpoint, with no custom integration. Point an agent at it and it can resolve a shopper and return product recommendations ranked for that individual, refreshed daily. Product IDs only. No personal data leaves the graph.

Because it runs on Wunderkind identity, it works for anonymous shoppers too — precisely the visitors an assistant would otherwise have nothing to go on.

As agents take on more of the commerce journey, the question shifts from how you reach a shopper to what you know about that shopper that any agent can act on.

What It Looks Like In Practice

Two brands, two different ESPs, same pattern: nothing ripped out, more of the existing audience recognized, more revenue from traffic they were already paying for.

Quad Lock — Klaviyo

Wunderkind matched Quad Lock's anonymous traffic against their first-party database and triggered messages inside Klaviyo, using their own creative and business rules. Live in under 30 days.

  • +42% incremental lift in revenue, maximizing Klaviyo sends
  • +71% incremental lift in reach
  • +37% average lift in identification rate
  • 17.22x ROAS

Omni Hotels & Resorts — Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Omni kept content and creative in SFMC and added identity resolution underneath. Then they cut email volume roughly in half and let behavior decide who heard from them.

  • $6M in Q1 revenue attributed to Wunderkind, split between triggered email and text
  • 80:1 ROAS
  • 150,000 loyalty sign-ups in a single year
  • 20% subscriber growth
  • 50% fewer emails sent while program revenue nearly doubled

By the Numbers

  • 70–95% of website traffic is anonymous before identity resolution
  • 9B+ devices connected across Wunderkind's Identity Network
  • 1B+ consumer profiles recognized

What It Adds Up To

Read together, it's one direction. Recognize more of the people already on your site. Understand what they intend. Use real-time decisioning to determine the right next action. Deliver it through the tools you already run — and now through the agents your customers are starting to shop with — to drive better performance.

You don't need to replace your stack to get more from it. Wunderkind adds the identity, intelligence, and real-time decisioning to make the tools you already use more effective, and there’s meaningfully more you can do with it today than there was a year ago.
